Our new lightweight modular accessory kit for the Arri Alexa 35 focuses on allowing for the smoothest handheld operation. The removable side handle extensions make it possible to find the correct center of mass with any lens or battery setup. For the smoothest grip and also weight reduction, the handles are made of carbon fibre. The material offers great heat dissipation, so the handles will not get uncomfortable neither in hot or cold conditions.
The top handle, 15mm rod clamp and both sides are easily removable. In this case the top plate acts as a cheeseplate on top of the camera body, allowing for threads and connections needed for mounting the camera to any remote head as an example. The removable rear top plate gives you extra 1/4″ and 3/8″ threads for any additional accessories.
